Subas Roy is the Founder and CEO at ICAG. Subas has held senior executive roles at other blue-chip firms for over three decades. He advises and works closely with large and mid-sized PEs and their Operating Partners to aid creating further value, increase market capitalizations, prepare for exit and to find answers to most challenging questions including Technology and AI, Data, Risks, People and Processes.He is highly experienced in the UK and Global Financial Services industry with specialisation across Banking and Insurance sectors.He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW.

Gopal Kuchibhotla is a Partner and Head of Risk Advisory at ICAG. Gopal has over 35 years of global, cross-industry advisory experience spanning the Risk-Finance-Technology continuum, advising PE firms and their Operating Partners on value creation, protection, and realisation across their portfolio companies.His expertise spans risk & compliance, technology & AI/data, and M&A advisory, including due diligence, post-merger integration, and target operating models.
ISH JOSHI
Associate Partner and Head of Strategic Development
Ish Joshi is an Associate Partner and Head of Strategic Development at ICAG with over 22 years of global advisory experience at large and mid-size PEs and with their operating partners on fast-paced value creation initiatives. Focused on PE portfolio firms in the Banking & Insurance, Health and TMT sectors, he creates strategic capabilities which deliver competitive and sustainable differentiation, EBITDA expansion and scaling momentum. Transformation levers he advises on include AI defensibility reviews, AI driven GRC and Identify & Access Management (IAM), Data initiatives and Agentic AI enabled strategic outsourcing.Ish holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
